Raymond Weatherholt, Jr.

Raymond Weatherholt, Jr., 80 passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, IN. He was born May 1, 1940 in Rockport, IN the son of Raymond and Agnes Frank Weatherholt Sr. He held a Master's degree in Botany and was a retired teacher of Life Sciences at Floyd Central High School, was a member of Bluebird Team - SMG and Master Gardener. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ida Mae Tevault. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Tableman Weatherholt; daughter, Tama (Tim) Gray; sons, Shawn (Stephanie) Weatherholt and Raymond (Debbie) Weatherholt, III;, 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until 3 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, followed by a time of remembrance at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown, IN.
