Pearl Catherine Trebing Obituary (1927

Corydon, Indiana Pearl Trebing, 86, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Kindred Transitional Care-Corydon. She was born in New Albany on April 30, 1927 the daughter of Edwin and Geneva McNutt Hammett. She was retired as head cashier for the A&P Store and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon. She was preceded in death by two children, Nancy Stewart and Mike Trebing, And four brothers Ed, Mark, Patrick and George Hammett. She is survived by Her son- Nick Trebing (Sally) of Beech Grove, IN Two Brothers- David Hammett (Carole) Jeffersonville, IN Larry Hammett (Doris) Louisville, KY One Sister- Sue Summers of Clarksville, IN Sister-In-Laws-Glada Hammett of Great Falls, Montana Faye Hammett of Sellersburg, IN Son-In-Law- Rick Stewart of Corydon, IN Four Grandchildren and Six Great Grandchildren There will be a memorial service at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 31, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery in New Albany, IN. The family suggests memorial gifts be made to her church. Visitation: There will be no visitation.
