Mildred P. Royalty Obituary (1920

Georgetown, IN Mildred Royalty, 92, died Friday, June 28, 2013 at Floyd Memorial Hospital. She was born August 4, 1920 to Clay B. and Pearl Rouark Hayes in Anderson, Indiana. She was a pianist and violinist, a member of Highland Baptist Church and a 50 year member of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, Olmun J. Royalty, a son, David J. Royalty and one grandson, Michael Royalty. She is survived by one son, Dr William Royalty of Georgetown, Indiana, two daughters, Clara E. Sullivan (Tom) of New Salisbury, Indiana and Norma K. Royalty of New Albany, Indiana, one sister, Dorothy Nolot of New Albany and 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, Indiana on Monday, July 1 at 10:00 AM. Visitation at the funeral home will be Sunday, June 30, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Monday from 9:00 AM until the time of the service. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery. The family suggest memorial donations be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
