Lanesville, IN Linda Lou Grimes, 68, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 in New Albany, IN See was born in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, to Francis M. and Laura E. Singleton Kirby on November 13, 1946. She was a retired Bookkeeper. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Steven G. Grimes of Lanesville, IN; two sons: Brian Wayne Jones Sr. of New Salisbury, IN and Steven R. Grimes of Madisonville, Ky; three daughters: Donna L. Autrey of Louisville, KY, Bobbie Jo Adams of Sturgis, KY and Susan L. Brooksher of Madisonville, KY.; three sisters: Delia McKie of Burkburnett, TX, Florence Schneider of Lanesville, IN and Virginia Lankford of Elm City, NC; eleven grandchildren: Brian Wayne Jones Jr, Cheyenne Cain, Nicholas Woolems, Jennifer Renee Reece-Wood, Brianna Autrey, Brittany Value, Michael Morris, Timmy Grimes, Luke Brooksher, Brian Skimehorn and Amber Skimehorn; and four great-grandchildren: Ashley Value, Hailey Waddell, Arizona Morris, and Baby Brooksher. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, at 11:00 AM at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, Indiana. Visitation will be held Monday, October 12,from 2:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lanesville Protestant Cemetery, Lanesville, Indiana.
