Corydon, Indiana Ivan Eugene Enlow, 92, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at his home in Corydon, IN. He was born May 5, 1923 in Deuchars, Indiana the son of Earl Enlow and Ida Katherine Johnson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and fought in WWII. He worked as a carpenter for Louisville Gas and Electric and retired after 34 years. He attended Pfrimmer's Chapel United Methodist Church in Corydon. He was preceded in death by his parents His wife- Bessie Bird Enlow Two Sisters- Islah Summers and Silvia Riddle Four Brothers- Ralph, James, Delbert and Claude Enlow He is survived by One Son- Larry Enlow of Corydon,IN One Sister-Janie Jefferies of New Albany,IN Two Grandchildren- Daniel Enlow of Columbus,IN and John Enlow(Cassie Mathews Enlow) of New Middletown,IN and One Great-Grandchild-Clayton Daniel Enlow Funeral service will be Saturday, September 26, at 11:00 AM at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, Indiana. Visitation is Friday, September 25, at 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial is in Pfrimmer's Chapel Cemetery in Corydon, Indiana. Visitation: Friday, September 25, 2015 from 1 PM until 8 PM and after 9 AM on Saturday at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Funeral: Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 11 AM at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Interment: Pfrimmer\'s Chapel UMC Cemetery following funeral ceremony.
