Doris L. Hilditch Obituary (1923

Georgetown, IN Doris L. Hilditch, 88, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at her home. She was born in Louisville, KY on October 21, 1923 the daughter of Edmund and Emma Doerting Lind. She was a supervisor for the census bureau in Jeffersonville and a member of Grace Lutheran Church in New Albany. She is survived by her daughter Linda Guyton of Georgetown, IN A grandson- Chris Guyton and by two faithful companions Duke and Tessa, her boxers. Funeral services will be held at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon on Saturday at 1 PM. Burial will be in St. Peters Lutheran Cemetery in Corydon. Rev. Bruce Kischnick will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home in Corydon on Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM and after 9 AM Saturday. The family suggest memorial gifts be made to the Floyd County Animal Rescue.
