Christy Mae Elliott Obituary (1979 - 2023)

New Salisbury Christy Mae Elliott, 43, died Saturday, January 9, 2023, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana. She was born July 22, 1979, at Ft. Knox, Kentucky to Donald David and Teresa Lynn Smith Elliott. She was a huge animal lover. Christy is survived by her parents of New Salisbury; a son, Zachary A. Elliott of New Salisbury; daughter, Alexis M. Elliott of Palmyra; brother, David Elliott; sister, Angela Meyer (Barry II) of Georgetown, one grandson, Levi Marcum Elliott; nieces and nephews, Chloe Elliott, Lilith Elliott, Barry Meyer III (Toni) and Eric Meyer. Funeral Service will be held 5:00 PM, Saturday, January 14, 2023, at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, Indiana. Brother Shane Rodgers will officiate. Visitation will begin Saturday at 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
