Gary Haub

Corydon, Indiana

Gary Haub, 65, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2012 at his home in Corydon. He was born in New Albany, IN on September 3, 1947 the son of Benjamin and Rita Rose Baumann Haub. He was a school teacher and coach for South Harrison School Corporation for 40 years. He was a member of the Old Capital United Methodist Church and the Indiana State Teachers Association. He was also a member of Ducks Unlimited. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law; Ed Robbeloth Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife- Terry Parks Haub of Corydon

A Son- Eric Kenneth Haub of Lexington, KY

A Daughter- Ashley Haub Cassell (Chris) of Terre Haute, IN

Sister- Teri Robbeloth-Marshall (Von) of Palmyra, IN

Two grandchildren- Avery and Carson Cassell

The funeral service will be Friday at 1 PM at the Old Capital United Methodist Church in Corydon. Burial will be in the Palmyra Cemetery. Pastor Andy Hansen and Pastor Doug Finney will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon on Thursday from 1 PM to 8 PM and after 9 AM on Friday at the Old Capital United Methodist Church.

The family suggests memorial gifts be made to the Gary Haub Scholarship Fund held at the Harrison County Foundation.
