Clayton L. Redden, 72, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, IN. He was born December 18, 1941 in Louisville, KY the son of James Clyde and Lora Kerr Redden. He retired after 30 years from CSX Railroad where he was an engineer. He was a graduate of Portland Christian School in Louisville and a member of Georgetown Christian Church in Georgetown, IN. He was preceded in death by a daughter; Dana Marie Best and two brothers; James E. Redden and Carlton Ray Redden. He is survived by his wife of 51 years; Sharleen Ollis Redden of Georgetown.

A son- James Redden (Christy) of Salem, IN

Two sisters- Iris Miller and Joyce Addams both of Louisville, KY

Six grandchildren and three great grandchildren

Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 5, 2014 at 1 PM at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown, IN. Visitation will be Sunday at the funeral home from 10 AM 1 PM. Burial in Wolfe Cemetery in Georgetown, IN.
