Alan W Paulson Obituary (1946 - 2023)

Corydon, Indiana Alan W. Paulson, 77, passed away April 6, 2023, at his home in Corydon, Indiana. He was born February 5, 1946, in Seattle, Washington. He enlisted in the U S Navy in 1964 and served until 1968. He worked for the Colorado Department of Agriculture Weights and Measurements for many years on the Western Slope of Colorado. He and his wife moved to Indiana after retirement. He is survived by his wife, Donna of Corydon; daughter, Shannon Paulson Eddings (Mike) of Topeka, Kansas; stepdaughter Julie Shireman (Chris) of Corydon, Indiana; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He will especially be missed by granddaughter, Peyton Shireman, as they were very close. He is also survived by 2 brothers, Howard (Berta) and Clifford Paulson both of Washington. Cremation was chosen as per his request with no formal service. Please raise a glass to Alan and all servicemen and women, past and present, who have, and are, proudly serving our country.
