Obituary for Dwight Harper

Dwight Harper, 88, died Thursday, April 5, 2018 in Corydon. He was born in Harrison County, IN December 16, 1929, the son of William B. and Beulah Jacobs Harper. He owned and operated Harper’s Barber Shop in Corydon for more than 50 years. He was a member of Corydon Christian Church and was a Mason. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Lamar.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jeannette Montgomery Harper.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, April 9, 2018 at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon. Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 AM to 1 PM. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
