Orvil E. Hussung, 88, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at his home in Lanesville.
He was born in Harrsion County, Indiana on January, 19, 1924 the son of William J. and Alma Eisenmenger Hussung. He was the former owner of Stan’s Sewing and Machine Service Center in Corydon and retired from Singer. He was a member of the Red Cross Disaster Team and Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church near Edwardsville.

His parents, his stepmother- Gertrude Hussung and his brothers- Alvin and Morris Hussung.

Funeral ceremony will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church. Pastor Mark Darnstadt will officiate. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery in Lanesville, IN.
Visitation will be held at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown on Friday from 12 Noon to 8 PM and after 8:30 AM on Saturday.
The family suggests memorial gifts be made to the Alzheimers Association.
